Ingredients
1 flat bread (about 11 in. diameter)
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
3 Tbs dried Italian seasoning
1 Tbs finely chopped garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 medium Walla Walla Sweet Onions
1 mozzarella balls
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (optional)
Additional olive oil for sautéing
Balsamic Vinegar (Optional)

Directions
Cut Onions into strips and sauté in a skillet on medium heat with 1 Tsp olive oil until brown; drain on a paper towel.
Place flat bread on a non-stick pan.
In a large bowl toss tomatoes, italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil until well-coated.
Spread mixture on flat bread, top with mozzarella and generous amount of sautéed onions.
Bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes; allow to rest before slicing.
Glaze (Optional) drizzle basalmic vinegar lightly atop pizza after removing from oven.
