Ingredients
2 cups Hermiston seedless watermelon, cut into 1 in pieces
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
1/4 cup chopped jalapenos
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 cup mandarin orange sections
1 cup WW Sweet Onions, chopped
6 sprigs of fresh cilantro for garnish

Directions
In a large bowl stir together marmalade, chopped cilantro and jalapenos, garlic, salt and vinegar
Fold in orange sections, chopped onions and watermelon
Chill at least 30 minutes before serving Serve on an attractive platter garnished with cilantro sprigs
